Category-wise Players Auction Order
- Marquee Players: We will start the auction with two sets of marquee players, the most prominent names in the list.
- Capped Players: After the marquee set, it will be time for the capped players set. This is the list of players who have played for respective national team. Capped player will be categorized by roles like batters, wicket-keepers, all-rounders, fast bowlers and spin bowlers in respective order.
- Uncapped Players: After the capped players set, we will have the uncapped players go under the hammer. This will have list of players who have not played for their national team. This will also be categorized in batters, wicket-keepers, all-rounders, fast bowlers and spin bowlers in respective order.
- Accelerated Auction: Day 2 of the player auction will begin with the accelerated auction. This will start from player number 117. During this process, not every player will go under the hammer but only selected player by the franchise, will go under the hammer. After this, players who unsold, will be brought back on the recommendation of the teams.
