Akash Deep is set to strengthen the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) as he joins the team in preparation for their upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL) match against the Mumbai Indians. Akash Deep, a right-arm fast-medium bowler, has been recovering from a back injury he sustained during the Border Gavaskar Trophy in Australia. This injury has kept him off the field since December 2024.
