“Gaali bak rahe hai” – Nehal Wadhera Receives Hateful Comments from RCB Fans

Left-hand batter Nehal Wadhera was one of the key contributor towards his team Punjab Kings’ victorious outing against the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.

Punjab Kings’ middle-order batter Nehal Wadhera played a match winning innings of 33 runs off 19 balls that helped Punjab Kings to victory while chasing a target of 96 runs in a rain curtailed 14 overs match.

The Royals Challengers Bengaluru were asked to bat first by the Punjab Kings captain Shreyas Iyer and RCB batters had absolutely no clue to the rippers bowled by the Punjab bowlers Arshdeep Singh, Marco Jansen, Xavier Bartlett and Yuzvendra Chahal.

RCB could only post 95 runs on the board all thanks to 50 runs unbeaten inning by Tim David or else they were staring at a record breaking low total, even lower than the 49 all-out vs KKR a couple of years back.

Chasing the target, Punjab Kings (PBKS) lost 4 wickets for 53 runs. However, middle-order batter Nehal Wadhera ensured that PBKS crosses the finish line with his 33 runs knock.

However, after his brilliant performance with the bat, the left-hand batter from Punjab received hateful comments from RCB fans. In a video that is going viral on social media, Nehal Wadhera’s reaction was caught.

It was an Instagram story posted by Harpreet Brar who was sitting alongside Nehal Wadhera, who was reading the comments on his post and reacted, “Gaali bak rahe hai voh, buri buri gaali bak rahe hai yaar wo comment main (They are using abusive words in comments).”
