Suryakumar Yadav-led Indian team has been on a tremendous form in the ongoing T20I series against England. Ind vs Eng 5th T20I is the final match of the 5 match series that Team India has already won prior to this match, making it a dead-rubber.

Meanwhile, Abhishek Sharma has once again caught the spotlight with his fearless hitting against England’s quality bowling lineup. The opposition bowlers have been clueless in this game as the southpaw went to smash his second T20I hundred in just 37 balls in the Ind vs Eng 5th T20I.

The left-handed batsman went on to smash 7 fours and 13 sixes all around the park during his inning. Abhishek Sharma had the chance to break the record of Rohit Sharma’s fastest hundred.

Sanju Samson once again failed to perform with the bat as he managed to score only 16 runs, smashing 1 four and 2 sixes. Tilak Verma got a good start to his inning as he added 24 runs before being dismissed by Brydon Carse.

Following him, Suryakumar Yadav didn’t live up to the expectations of the fans as he returned to the dressing room with number of only two. Shivam Dube and Hardik Pandya had scored 30 and 9 runs respectively. Rinku Singh also couldn’t do much as he scored only 9 runs before was given LBW out.

Abhishek Sharma’s milestone inning in the Ind vs Eng 5th T20I finally came to an end after scoring 135 runs off 54 balls. He was dismissed by Adil Rashid, but by then he had already become leading individual run scorer in an T20I inning for India, surpassing Shubman Gill.

Moreover, it is great news for Sunrisers Hyderabad ahead of the upcoming edition of the Indian Premier League. The Hyderabad-based franchise will be expecting the same form from Abhishek Sharma as he has the ability to go through any best bowling on his day.  

Till now, Abhishek Sharma has scored over 250 runs in the ongoing series. He will be looking to go with the red-hot form for Sunrisers Hyderabad as they would be targeting their second IPL title with these young lads on their side.
