2. Axar Patel

Star all-rounder Axar Patel has grown as a match-winner. He has delivered a number of match-winning knocks in recent past, and his exploits in the T20 World Cup 2024 have made him a must-pick in the IPL 2025. He scored 235 runs with the bat and took 11 wickets in 2024, and his all-round ability makes him a must-pick.

3. Jake Fraser McGurk

The franchise might take some bold decisions and will look to make a team full of potential match-winners. That’s where Jake Fraser McGurk can be very effective. 5. Kuldeep Yadav

The wrist spinner is India’s first-choice spinner in the shorter format. He is very hard to release. But DC has an option to use Right To Match (RTM) for . Since joining, DC Kuldeep has been one of the core players. There are chances that the franchise might retain him directly, but if not, they will use the RTM card for him. Kuldeep was one of the key performers in last season, with 16 wickets in 11 games.

The South African pacer has been part of Delhi Capitals for the past few seasons. He has been a consistent wicket-taker for them. Though his performance in 2024 wasn’t up to the mark. But he had a brilliant T20 World Cup 2024 for South Africa, and the franchise might look to use an RTM card for him.
