The Gujarat-based franchise, (GT), started their IPL journey in 2022. They win their first IPL trophy in their debut season under the captaincy of Hardik Pandya. In the next season, GT topped the points table and reached the final but unfortunately, they lost the final against the IPL’s one of the most successful teams and five-time IPL champion Chennai Super Kings.

The Gujarat Titans (GT) play their home matches at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Motera, Ahmedabad. The Narendra Modi Stadium has a total seating capacity of 132,000 people. With the great facility and architecture, this makes it the largest cricket stadium in the world. This stadium holds some amazing matches, including the ICC men’s World Cup final and IPL final in 2023.

The one-time champion Gujarat Titans’ management has also done some amazing work on the IPL auction. They hold their core players like Rashid Khan (Rs. 18 crore), Shubman Gill, Sai Sudharsan, Rahul Tewatia, and Shahrukh Khan. The management also brought some amazing young and experienced players from the auction, like Kagiso Rabada, Jos Buttler, and Mohammed Siraj, and also have some amazing players who can be the match winners for the GT this season.

Fans and their supporters are hoping that this season’s team plays good cricket and managed to win their second title this year.

Gujarat Titans (GT): IPL 2025 Schedule

Gujarat Titans will play their first match at their home ground against the Punjab Kings on 25th May 2025 from 7:30 PM IST. After playing their second home match against Mumbai Indians, they will play their first away match against Royal Challengers Bengaluru at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru. Their final league stage match will be in their home ground against Chennai Super Kings on 18th May 2025.
