IPL 2025: Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) Schedule and Match Timings, Home and Away

Defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) get their title defence underway at home in the opening match of the IPL 2025 season. The Shah Rukh Khan owned side will be looking carry on from their dominant performance from last season in this new season.
KKR in IPL 2024
KKR was the best team in the IPL 2024 season. Not only did the side based out of Kolkata won the IPL title, but it was in quite the fashion against the Sunrisers Hyderabad. After bowling out SRH for just 113 runs, KKR chased the target in just 10 overs, about 1 hour before a normal IPL match would end.
KKR were the most dominant team throughout the season as they finished at the top of the table under Shreyas Iyer’s leadership with 9 wins, 3 losses and 2 matches were abandoned during the league phase, accumulating a total of 20 points.
KKR IPL 2025 Schedule
As the traditional norm of the Indian Premier League (IPL), the defending champions gets to play the season opener at home, thus Kolkata Knight Riders will begin their new season at home against the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) on Saturday, 22nd February 2025 at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata. The two teams will also square-off in the final league phase match too.
KKR will travel to Guwahati for the 2nd match of the season in Barsapara Stadium to take on Rajasthan. They will be on the road again to take on Mumbai Indians at the Wankhede stadium in Mumbai. Below is the full match schedule for KKR in IPL 2025.
