IPL 2025: Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) Schedule and Match Timings, Home and Away

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has officially announced the schedule for the 18th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) on 16th February, Sunday. Kicking-off on 22nd February, the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) will lock horns with Delhi Capitals (DC) in their first encounter in this tournament. They didn’t had a great outing in the previous season as they failed to qualify for the playoffs.

Their hopes were shattered by Delhi Capitals after being defeated by the opposition by a margin of 19 runs. Notably, Rishabh Pant who led Delhi Capitals will be playing for Lucknow Super Giants whereas KL Rahul, former Lucknow Super Giants captain, is expected to lead Delhi Capitals in the upcoming competition.

Lucknow Super Giants finished at the 7th position on the points table after winning 7 matches out of 14 they played. In addition to that, they have scheduled to play 3 afternoon games in this season.

Lucknow Super Giants IPL Schedule 2025

The Lucknow Super Giants will commence their IPL 2025 season against the Delhi Capitals away from home in Visakhapatnam on March 24, 2025. They will be on the road for the 2nd match against Sunrisers Hyderabad in Hyderabad on March 27.

Their first home match of the season at the Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow will be played on April 1 vs the Punjab Kings followed by another match against the Mumbai Indians on April 4. The 3 afternoon matches are scheduled against the Kolkata Knight Riders, Gujarat Titans and the Mumbai Indians. They end the league phase of the season against last season’s runners-up Sunrisers Hyderabad at home on May 18.
