IPL 2025: Which 4 Overseas Players Will Play for CSK in the Upcoming Season?

Chennai Super Kings is one of the most successful franchises in the IPL, and they are eager to show their brilliant performance again in IPL 2025. Ruturaj Gaikwad will lead this team this season. This franchise faced a 2-year ban from the IPL, but still they won five titles in this league.
In the IPL 2025 auction, they try to retain their last year’s squad and add some new, talented, and experienced players. It looks like they are one of the best contenders to win the title this year. Rachin Ravindra

He can adapt to Indian conditions very easily and perform very well on the spinning track of Indian pitches. Rachin played 26 matches for New Zealand, scoring 309 runs and taking 13 wickets as well. He will surely play most of the matches like the previous season for CSK in IPL 2025.
Noor Ahmad
Noor is a most promising left-arm, wrist spinner from Afghanistan, who made headlines during the IPL 2025 auction when CSK brought him at a big price of 10 CR. At a very young age, he established himself on the global level in the cricketing world. He played the last two seasons for the Gujarat Titans. Noor played 23 IPL matches and took 24 wickets.
Currently, he is performing very well in the South Africa T20 league. He played 14 matches for Afghanistan and took 7 wickets with a cheap economy of 6.94. There are very high chances that he will play most of the matches for CSK in the upcoming IPL season.
Sam Curran
Sam made his homecoming in the IPL 2025 auction for CSK, where he had already played for them in 2020 and 2021. He is a bowling all-rounder from England who played 59 matches in the IPL, scored 883 runs, and took 58 wickets as well. Last year, he was the most expensive player in the league, but in the IPL 2025 auction, CSK bought him for 2.4 CR.
Sam provides depth in the batting at the lower order, and he can get wickets in the power play. He played 58 matches for England, scored 356 runs, and took 54 wickets as well. He will be one of the overseas players who will play most matches in the IPL 2025 for CSK.
