Jasprit Bumrah put on a stunning display of fast bowling as India defeated Afghanistan by 47 runs in their T20 World Cup 2024 Super 8 match at Kensington Oval in Barbados.

Bumrah took 3 wickets for 22 runs in his 4 overs, getting the crucial wickets of opener Rahmanullah Gurbaz, Najibullah Zadran, and Mohammad Nabi. Gurbaz was Afghanistan’s leading run-scorer in the tournament, and his wicket was a major blow to their chances of chasing down India’s total of 181 runs.
