“Lovely Upgrade Over Hotel Dryer” – James Vince Takes A Dig at PSL 2025 After Winning Hair Dryer As Player of the Match

England cricketer James Vince was one of the biggest taking point in the social media after his match winning century while playing for the Karachi Kings in the Pakistan Super League. However, it’s not because of his century, but because of the hair dryer that he received for Player of the Match award.

England cricketer James Vince helped the Karachi Kings kick-off their Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2025 campaign with a win in their first match of the season against the Multan Sultans.

Karachi had the dounting task of chasing down a target of 235 runs in 20 overs. Despite a good start, the side lost two quick wickets of Tim Seifert and David Warner.

But from there onwards, England batter James Vince played a match-defining inning of 101 runs off 43 balls before he was run out. His inning included 14 fours and 4 sixes. Karachi Kings eventually won the match by 4 wickets and James Vince was named Player of the Match.

He was awarded an Hair Dryer for being named the Player of the Match. This made quite a lot of buzz on social media. Now finally James Vince has shared a cheeky post on his social media about the hair dryer.

Vince in his Instagram story shared a photo of the Hair Dryer comparing it to the hair dryer provided by the hotel where he is staying alongwith with the Karachi Kings team. He captioned, “Here she is, lovely upgrade over hotel dryer.”

Karachi Kings to take on Lahore Qalandars

Meanwhile, James Vince and his team Karachi Kings will next take on the Lahore Qalandars in their next match of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2025. The match will be played on April 15, Tuesday, from 8:30 P.M Indian Standard Time (IST) live from the National Stadium in Karachi.
