Mumbai Disruptors were all set to open their tournament campaign against Lucknow Lions on 5th March, Thursday at 9.00 PM. Mumbai Disruptors had a good season in the previous edition of the Entertainers Cricket League (ECL).

They made it to the playoffs in the last season where they eventually lost the second qualifier against Haryanvi Hunters by a margin of just 15 runs. Hence, with some more exciting influencers on the cards, we can expect a thrilling competition from Mumbai Disruptors ahead of this tournament.

Mumbai Disruptors Auction Top Picks 

Arham Abbasi was the top pick player for Mumbai Disruptors ahead of the tournament. The Mumbai-based side roped him for a sum of 130.00 lakhs, the highest bid made by them in the ECL Auction 2025.

The all-rounder is expected to shine with both the bat and the ball in this season. Mumbai Disruptors will be taking a close look at Arham Abbasi who has the ability to stand out as a lead performer of the tournament.

Ribbhuu Mehra and Mujahed Shah Hussain were the other stars signed by Mumbai Disruptors for INR 90 and 80 lakhs respectively.

Munawar Faruqui will continue to lead the side after his respective run in the first edition of the tournament. Notably, he didn’t feature in the second qualifier against Haryanvi Hunters where his side lost the chance to make it to the finals.
