Rohit Sharma Gets Angry on MI Captain Hardik Pandya for Bowling an Expensive Over

Former Mumbai Indians (MI) captain Rohit Sharma got angry on current MI captain Hardik Pandya as he bowled an expensive over during the Mumbai Indians’ IPL 2025 match against Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) at the Wankhede stadium.
The match number 20 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 season is currently being played between the hosts Mumbai Indians and the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) at the Wankhede stadium in Mumbai.
It was the Mumbai Indians captain Hardik Pandya who won the toss and opted to bowl first. Despite getting the wicket of Phil Salt early on, RCB made a flying start. Virat Kohli and Devdutt Padikkal took the team’s total to 73 runs in the powerplay.

Padikkal got out in the 9th over but the valueable wicket of Virat Kohli came in the 15th over bowled by Mumbai captain Hardik Pandya.
However, his delight was soon over as his hit for 23 runs in his final over of the spell. This didn’t sit well with former Mumbai Indians captain Rohit Sharma, who was quite unhappy with Hardik’s efforts in that over.
RCB score 221 runs in 20 overs
Meanwhile, the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) have put 221 runs on the board at the end of the 20 overs. The charge was led by former captain Virat Kohli, who scored 67 runs while new captain Rajat Patidar smashed 64 runs off 32 balls.
Devdutt Padikkal played a crucial knock at number 3 scoring 37 runs off 22 balls while wicketkeeper batter Jitesh Sharma gave the finishing touches with his wonderful 40 runs off 19 balls inning.
