India’s T20 International cricket captain, Suryakumar Yadav, recently took time off from his busy schedule to visit the sacred Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. Accompanied by his wife, Devisha, Yadav shared his experience with his fans by posting a picture on Instagram, captioned “Jai Shri Ram.”

In addition to leading the national team in T20 matches, Suryakumar Yadav has achieved significant milestones in the Indian Premier League (IPL). He recently became the fifth Indian player to surpass the 8000-run mark in the T20 format. This remarkable achievement occurred during a match where his team, the Mumbai Indians, secured an 8-wicket victory over the Kolkata Knight Riders in the IPL 2025 season. In that game, Suryakumar played an impressive innings, scoring 27 not out from just nine balls, maintaining a high strike rate of 300.

The Mumbai Indians‘ victory was historic, as it marked their 24th win against the Kolkata Knight Riders. This victory set a new record for the most wins by any team against a single opponent in IPL history. Furthermore, it was the 10th time the Mumbai Indians triumphed over the Knight Riders at their home ground, Wankhede Stadium, further solidifying their dominance over the Kolkata-based team.

Suryakumar Yadav’s visit to Ayodhya comes at a time when he is enjoying both personal and professional highs.
