Tata IPL 2025 schedule releases today, Vizag to host Delhi Capitals as second home

The upcoming edition of the Indian Premier League is all set to begin in March. The official schedule for the cash-rich tournament is yet to be announced.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has once again added Andhra Pradesh as one of the venues for the competition. Vishakapatnam will be the three non regular centers alongside Guwahati and Dharamsala.
It will be the second home venue for Delhi Capitals. The exact schedule is yet to be confirmed by the hosts as Delhi Capitals will be looking forward to kick off their campaign on a winning note.
IPL season to kickoff on March 22:
According to the reports from Cricbuzz, the schedule for the 18th edition of the Indian Premier League is expected to be released Sunday which is going to be live on Star Sports and Jio Hotstar at 5.30 pm.
Moreover, it has been understood that the IPL schedule is likely to be officially announced on 22nd March where defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders might take on Royal Challengers Bangalore at the Eden Gardens.
Following that, their reports also suggests that Rajasthan Royals has choses Assam as their second capital whereas Punjab Kings chose Himachal Hill Station as their second center.
Delhi Capitals yet to announce their next captain for the upcoming season. In the previous season, Rishabh Pant led the side before being released by the franchise.
However, he caught the likes of Lucknow SuperGiants in the mega auction of IPL 2025. Axar Patel who was one of the four retention of Delhi Capitals is expected to take charge.
