A new era has begun for Delhi Capitals (DC) as Axar Patel takes over the captaincy after Rishabh Pant left the franchise during the IPL 2025 auction. Delhi Capital will host Lucknow Super Giants in the upcoming fixture of TATA IPL on 24th March 2025.

A funny video went viral during the training session of the DC vs LSG match where we witnessed a funny moment between two Indian teammates and former team partners, Axar Patel and Rishabh Pant. the old friends reunite in the evening of the training session ahead of the heavyweight clash.

During the practice session, Axar Patel shared a fun moment where he shared how he and Rishabh Pant used to fight for batting practice. Axar shared that he was next to Rishabh Pant while batting practice. He also mentioned that now he can get more chances for batting because Pant is no longer a member of this team.

In the video, Axar makes fun of Pant when Pant asks Axar for a chance for batting practice, and then Axar says, “Ab tu nahi hai na to milegi, Meri to fight tujshe hi tha. Haan ye batting mein hota tha, meri next hoti thi”

After that moment Axar Patel was talking to someone in Gujarati. Then Pant said, “Gujarati chalalo sari aapni” thne Axar replied “tu bhi to samjhta hai, tu bhi to adha Gujarati hai” and pant replied “jaruri hai bhai samajhne aani”
