One of the most iconic frames from tonight’s Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 match was seen when the Rajasthan Royals head coach Rahul Dravid jumped-off his wheelchair to cheer for Vaibhav Suryavanshi on completing his century vs Gujarat Titans.

A 14-years-old Vaibhav Suryavanshi let the world know about his immense talent tonight, against probably the best team in the IPL 2025 season, the Gujarat Titans.

Chasing a target of 210 runs, Vaibhav Suryavanshi gave the Rajasthan Royals a flying start alongside his partner Yashasvi Jaiswal. The Bihar born batter took Gujarat’s most experienced bowlers like Mohammed Siraj, Ishant Sharma and Prasidh Krishna.

Vaibhav played one of the most entertaining and best knock in IPL’s 18 years of history. The India U19 batter scored 101 runs off 38 balls, reaching his milestone on 35 balls, becoming the 2nd fastest to score an IPL century and fastest among all Indian batters to score a century in IPL history.

While Suryavanshi reaching milestone was a moment in itself, but the precious moment of the night was probably when an injured Rahul Dravid jumped from wheelchair to celebrate Vaibhav’s feat. In a viral video, Rahul jumped from his wheelchair and almost fell before he regained control and let out his joy. Watch the video below.

Rahul Dravid has been carrying a leg injury and has been on wheelchair since before the start of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025. However moment like these can such adrenaline rush that you forget your injury to cheer for a 14-years-old kid.

Rajasthan Royals pick-up their 3rd win

Meanwhile the Rajasthan Royals have picked-up their 3rd win of the IPL 2025 campaign. The Royals have been having a really bad season. They won 2 matches out of their first 4 matches. However, since then they were on winless streak for 5 matches prior to this Gujarat Titans match.

Other than Vaibhav Suryavanshi, Yashasvi Jaiswal played a crucial inning scoring 70 runs off 40 balls and remained unbeaten. The came of 32 runs off 15 balls by captain Riyan Parag eventually helped Rajasthan Royals to get an important win.

The Royals won the match by 8 wickets and with still 4 overs of game remaining. This win has helped RR to move-up to 8th position in the points table. They will be next facing off the 5 times champions Mumbai Indians at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur on May 1, Thursday.
